Have I ever been to jail?

This is a simple guessing game. This is IN CHARACTER. You must guess if the person who posted above you has gone to jail, you must give a reason. When someone gets it right, they become the "victim" for us all to guess.
There is no one before me :( So I am going to post a mock up example :)
Person A
Person B: Yes - Assault
Person C: Yes - Arson
Person A: C is correct I went to jail for Arson
Person C is then the person we are guessing for whether or not they went to jail.
At the bottom of your post please put who is the "it" so we all know.
